I am worried about my country right now: China is continuously harassing and politics is extremely messy.
Now it got me thinking: is it time to abandon the ship?
Last night I watched the documentary of Princess of the Stars.
It was one of the biggest passenger ships that sailed in the Philippines.
But still, the size of the ship is irrelevant to the forces of nature.
And because of the negligence of both the captain and the Philippine Coast Guard, it sank and killed more than 800 people.

There were survivors, of course. The 56 survivors were fortunate enough to survive.
But it was also their decisiveness to jump off the ship right after it tilted and lost balance.
Their immediate reaction saved their lives despite the harsh weather conditions.
Now, at this point, I feel like we are passengers of MV Philippines facing immense pressure from bullies.
And I feel hopeless at the same time because our leaders themselves couldn’t even unite in this critical situation.
Politics first, issues second — this is their motto.
So the question, once again, is it time to abandon the ship before it’s too late?
